today i saw a lurker that joined in 2003 and had less than 50 posts! i don't think i've ever seen anybody that's been a member that long, even the mods. didn't even know sd was that old.

and the deal thread used to be much worse than it is now. it's been a long time since the thread's been locked. i think i came right after the juicy juice deal. i remember the 2 jimmy's fighting all the time. page after page of lurkers asking what is the pantene deal which happened 3 times. then every winter there's the glade deal. luckily last winter there was a separate thread.

actually it's good to have a hot deals thread. the deals are everywhere anyway. i read the yard sale mpp is over in fw. keeps down the population of lurkers and beggars in the deal thread.

Forgot to tell you all, I found the target brand (well, it's not the disney character ones but don't know what brand it is right off hand) beach towels for 2.48. The ones with stripes and the ones with circles.
