Or they'd say something like "wow, this guy must be from the lounge!" Calling someone a "lounger" is the equivalent of calling someone a complete moron over there.

Well, I posted over there for about a year. And it's the same people. And in the course of a year, just about EVERY topic for debate comes up. Gay marriage, abortion, politics, etc.
So after you spend some time there, it gets repetitive. You can only have the EXACT SAME conversation with the same people so many times.
When it got the point where I could predict down to the letter what other members were going to say about a certain topic, I decided there was little point anymore.
Plus posting in the podium regularly requires a LOT of reading and a lot of research, and it sucks up a lot of time.
Now that I have so many classes I'm taking, I just plum don't have the time or desire to spend extra time to do it, I guess. Now I come to the lounge, and I can take it easy.
