I can file a written appeal. I doubt it will do anything, but I'll do it anyway. It turns out there was something posted in the police station regarding sticker placement, but no one pointed it out to me and there's so many other things posted that I can't be expected to know to look for it. No instructions on the sticker.

Stupid car-related issues. My iDrive is even worse now, today it failed to boot (not that I need the nav, but no radio/phone/iPod/clock is annoying). The only service appointment I could get for my car was Friday at 7:30AM, which means I have to get up around 6 on Friday morning, my day off. So much for going out Thursday night.

tl;dr: dwells whines about things.
