The sauce was easy. All ingredients together and reduced down.
I made that recipe at 4x and it worked out well. You'd think that theyd be pretty spicy with the crushed red pepper, but it's actually just a light spice on the background that compliments the orange nicely.

I made it once, but my attempt was a disaster. I didn't follow a recipe. I just guessed.

I was wrong.
I make a few modifications though, just for personal preference (and ease of cooking).
I use frozen white corn kernels (he suggests fresh corn). I also use frozen edamame, so it works out just fine.
I nix the scallions, preferring instead to use finely chopped red onion. I just don't like scallions as much as other kinds of onions.
I use Roma tomatoes that I have seeded and chopped up, so it's just tomato and not all those yucky slimy tomato innards.
I use a little more red wine vinegar than he suggests, just because I like the tang.
