OK, so far I know that I shouldn't trust SK when it comes to cheesecake AND hummus.

Duly noted.

I didn't pay attention to how he cooked the wings. I just salted, peppered, and put them in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.

The sauce was easy. All ingredients together and reduced down.

I made that recipe at 4x and it worked out well. You'd think that theyd be pretty spicy with the crushed red pepper, but it's actually just a light spice on the background that compliments the orange nicely.

You'll have to share a link to that recipe. Love me some edamame.
Sounds good.

Jme, here is that recipe: http://thesepeasarehollow.blogspo...c-ing.html

The kid started asking about it, and I don't think I've ever actually made it.

if you search for a recipe on Food Network's website, and it belongs to Paula Deen - i'd bet money that it will be killer Thumbup

i will probably be attemping both banana walnut bread and pumpkin bread sometime in the next month though, so when i find a recipe that works, i'd be happy to pass it along Smilie

Jme, the advice I can give you on hummus is to go easy on the garlic. Try a little at first, taste and then add. I didn't do this my first time and it was SO heavy with garlic laugh out loud
