is it wrong to eat salmon with jasmine rice every day for lunch?
that isn't a problem at all!

you need some veggies in your diet though, so hopefully you get those with breakfast or dinner.

not unless you're pregnant. Big Grin

depends on the type, part body, and source, but it shouldnt be too bad for you. might want to look at fish mercury content levels though. i don't remember salmon being high on the list. Dontknow

I'm really into the Unagi?
it was a combination/omakase (let the chef pick) so i got a lot of variety. the only sushi i dont like is octopus and squid (i only eat octopus in takoyaki form and squid in calamari form), absolutely cannot stand either of 'em raw. i also dont like the texture too much of uni (urchin) so i dont get that.

i heart unagi too, usually get a side order of it (+kyu = cucumber) or like a dragon, caterpiller roll, or other rolls that have unagi. Big Grin

I've lost like 15 pounds in the past month by eating a light lunch(my salmon and jasmine rice), watching my portions at dinner, and not really snacking at night.

do you know what kind of tuna it was? if it was like toro (fatty tuna) you need to find high grade stuff; otherwise, it isnt good. Big Grin

DH is on Atkins, and during the first week he is supposed to eat as few carbs as possible Down

i'm thinking of refried black beans (for me) and then making some chicken and cheese quesadillas with onions, mushrooms, and peppers - made with low-carb tortillas Big Grin

Haha. I want to get down to probably 195 or so. I'm about 5'11, so I figure that's pretty decent.
