I'm pretty sure it's not....but I've not gained or lost any weight in the past 16 months so I'm okay laugh out loud

Although I do try to cook a few veggies a week Stick Out Tongue and I used a spaghetti squash the other day!

weight isn't always the best measure for your health. i mean, lots of people eat junk food and a lot of the harm is done by things you can't see. Smilie

We're working on eating healthier but it gets difficult sometimes....but since it's getting colder it means lots of chili and chicken stew yummy
