I have 2 wire racks that will fit in an 8x8 dish!!!
We bake bacon on them, too. All the grease drips right off.

if you choose a rack, periodically drain liquid while roasting
otherwise
wings will steam vs roast
imho, high heat ~400 or a bit more. an easy cook/cleanup approach is to line pan w/parchment and place wings on top. drain off liquid as wings cook. for last minute crunchyness, remove parchment and place wings under broiler for a bit
