Unless they go back into each thread to the source posting (even in retired threads), you aren't gonna catch them all.
Does the demi loaves make good croutons as well? Seems like they would. I used part of one today on a sandwich, but it was already stale. I cut the middle third out of the loaf and threw it away, as it was too bready.
probably. i turn loaf ends into croutons b/c otherwise i don't like to eat them and throw them away. also much healthier and cheaper than buying croutons. dh would rather buy croutons.
i really like the minute maid juice bars. even the grape i just ate was good. too bad they have hfcs.
I got three cookbooks on lowcarbs at the library hopefully there will be some decent recipes, I couldn't find any atkins and they were closing so I just got what I had and left.
I think the Atkins Website [atkins.com] has all the "how to do it" information.
I just ate another tenderloin -- no buns, just the tenderloin. It was yummy. I still have Smarties left too. I put them on hubby's end table. With any luck he will take them to work with him tomorrow.

my targets are really hard seriously , scrutinize q's like crazy and honestly don't even dare try to push any envelopes ,have since I started there from day one

So for dinner I had a t-bone, baked potatoe, french bread, noodles, salad and bok choi.it was all delicious, I didn't have a whole steak me and dh splitted it. I'm not afraid of veggies I like them a lot,its getting rid of potatos that will be hard and pastas.

And I know why I'm fat I snax while I work, usually on junk because its fast to grab and I don't take more then a 20 min break in a 10 hour day. Another factor is that I sit for 10 hours a day.
Exercising is going to be an interesting challenge.

Husband has been on a crazy diet eats the same thing almost everyday.
I have stopped cooking and just grab "whatever"
My eating habits have turned to shit.
To be honest don't like most vegatables, but do love salads , of couse only the kind with crappy lettuce (iceberg). Has no nutritional value.
Hubby is very sedentary , thus I have become also.
Really I think he is physically lzy.
I don't recreate any more and it shows.
So now it's exercise which I hate , used to burn it off having fun.
i'm sure some of us will know the calorie cts better and can open our eyes as to what is really doing us in. if you post, people could make suggestions as to lower carb substitutions and you(general) can try it and see if it works for you.
i'll throw a tip out there to get started. if you are eating a creamy salad dressing, have it in a little container on the side and dip the tines of your fork into it b4 you use it to pick up some salad. you will get the flavor of the salad dressing but use way less. it takes a little getting used to but you will be shocked how much less dressing you eat compared to pouring it on your salad. you can save 50-100 calories or more easily. this way you can eat whatever dressing you want, but so much less of it.
and i know my biggest problem is not enough exercise. so i vow to go for a walk tomorrow, at least 45 minutes. i should be able to manage 2-3x/wk easily now the weather is cooler.
