Oh, and any tips on what to say/not say, do/not do, or wear if I get an interview?
Will they call me or email me?
Show them some friendly , personable ,wonderful you.
The other I have no clue. Oh and they are REALLY big on the Team philosphy.

Talk up Target, how you shop there and are a dedicated customer and how you can pass along your knowledge of how the store already runs and how that will help you in your job blah blah blah. As for the stuff to not say...probably all the same stuff you should never say in an interview, though it's pretty casual at T. Just don't come across as knowing so much about T that you make them feel inferior, KWIM? Just gauge whoever is interviewing you and take it from there.
Day I interviewed, a few others were there too. I wore pinstripe pants and a button down top and some heels and I was the most dressed up. Many were in nice khakis or the types of outfits you would wear on a corporate casual Friday.
ummm, I haven't worked since 2002. I've been a SAHM so I really don't know what the no-no's are.
No-no's are: insulting the company or interviewer, bringing up hot issues (like current political issues), pulling out a superiority complex, etc etc.
feelin' a bit stupy...
especially since I see it now - right at the bottom of the page...
Another chili recipe...This is Southwest Chili, a staple at our house in the winter!
1 lb. hamburger meat (though I usually use 2 lbs, feeding 6)
2 cans pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 or 2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 packet Taco Bell taco seasoning
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 can rotel
1 can corn (drained)
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion (I usually do more)
1/2 cup water
salt
Brown meat and drain, add everything & bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. We like to top it off with parmesan cheese, YUM!
Can you tell I like fast and easy recipes?
