Okay.. For you dieters ..after having my first child I went on Richard simmons never say diet plan really easy and formula goes weight range to lose , reads like a menu1 from column a b and c easy peasey , breakfast lunch and dinner Was easy to stick to and worked like a charm.,and no exoitic food list to buy normal stuff..

If anyone would like me to type up details let me know and I will add one of his one minute exercise daily to the plan, then you do them day 1 plus day 2 etc .....

Oh and I found this cool website where you can see what your child's height may be when older. Based on my son's height now, my height, and DH's height, it's a 90% chance that tanner will be +/- 2.0 inches from 6'6" EEK!

I can just imagine what my hubby will say when I suggest a road trip south. He's been bugging me for years to go to TX for a vacation and I've always resisted in the past (not liking hot weather)

This will help you if you have an 'off the diet' day. I read somewhere where WW had done a study that people who splurged on calories one day, but got back on the next actually lost more weight than remaining on their diet all the time. Something about shaking up their metabolism
