When you venture out to a new T, do you test the waters a little with a marginal or safe run first, or do you just dive right in for a STC run? I'm a total chicken $hit about using Qs with cashiers I don't know very well. I like to do several test runs first, but sometimes I think I should just suck it up and go for it!

I really need to discipline myself and set up a good example for my kids by being fit and active.
If you plan to use the full amount at once, you can just put them in baggie and freeze. If you might want to use portions, spread them on a cookie sheet and freeze, then bag.
Had planned to go to Target today. I swear my daughter's boss has some weird connection to knowing when we are going shopping. We don't go very often -- usually no more than once a month, twice at the most. This is either the 3rd or 4th time that she has gotten called in just before we planned to leave. She wants to go, so I am waiting until tomorrow.
Into Day 3 of the fast. So far today I've a diet Coke and pot of coffee. Still haven't decided if I am going to end the fast and have supper tonight or go til tomorrow. I think I need some jello. And another beverage.
I need to use the weight bench and get that out of the way. The storming has quit so I have no excuse not to take the dogs and go for a walk.
