Sending an email like this does three things 1) puts it all in writing and requires her to respond back to your email which means that's in writing, too; 2) puts them on notice -- nicely -- that you're calling them on their foul and are aware of it; 3) avoids a confrontation while also bolstering her power status a little which might/could help in her attitude towards you.
figured out the shenanigans on the deals thread. now to go decipher the kohl's business. i spend so much time playing deal detective these days, it leaves very little time to go be the deal superwoman.

Rachel - HUGS HUGS HUGS HUGS HUGS I think of you a lot as they work with my silly thyroid ... they have increased the dose of synthetic thyroid again as I still feel lousy ... but I my BP/heart rate are still super erratic and I am still anemic????? We are working on it --- they keep telling me it takes time! I would sy though that I am not as bad as I was the beginning of August .... not great but there is hope in sight .... Thanks for asking! On a totally different note ---- does anyone have any fresh baked bread or fluffy chocolate cake with choc frosting .... I am hungry!!!! Not eating because it is after 6pm and I am really trying to stick to not eating at night .... but I am HUNGRY!!!!! LOL
I purchased laptop bags from Amazon that were 5 bucks to use as a teachers gift for Christmas time as the "basket" that I normally make for them... so what should I put inside...? Ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

and you are not cheating! that is a diet technique called portion control. it's been recommended that when you get your entree, you immediately ask for a takeout box and put half your food in there and take it home. actually better control than if you just did it when you are full.

As for eating out I didn't do to bad I only had half my soup and like 4 bites of my actual entree', I did have the two bread sticks but I haven't been eating bread and potatos lately, and was feeling deprived lol.

school supplies : pens,pencils,markers,sharpies,
some kind of sanitary wipes ,scissors
Health and Beauty: Body wash, nivea lip gloss , chapstick , bodymist ,revlon tools(manicure things) tweezers ,maybe a loofah moisturiser
Snacks (for their personal use) candies ,cookies ,gum teas, coffee, maybe a tea or coffee cup, hot chocolate
Xmas themed. hot chocolate,a cup,tree ornaments,xmas candies, candles,
christmas cookies , those candy straws for beverages ,marshmellows for hot choc ,christmas songs cd,etc
ETA: Hopeefuuly a few LARGE in size items, I've done this kind of thing and it can take a lot of stuff to fill sometimes.
Also more items H&B nail polish, any of those facial towelette wipes, ponds or other,cotton balls ,nail polish remover
Snacks, any luxury brand such as peppridge farm ,dove ,nuts of any variety
Xmas themed : xmas hand towels, napkins,placemats ,anything christmas scented , air freshners candles xmas glasses,cups , anything from last years xmas clearance,christmas cookie cutters
