It was so cute and I was so proud. LOL
Back when we were all stalking the toy aisles for them to his the big 75% clearance, I had been teaching my son (6-1/2) how to read the clearance stickers and telling him I would buy him something once it was marked 75%. It was like a treasure hunt for him. Well then he went to spend a week with his granny and while they were window shopping in a toy aisle they spotted a toy that was on sale (half off) and she decided to use it as an opportunity to try to teach him some math.
Granny: Since this toy is $10 and is on sale 1/2 off how much would it actually cost.
Son: Oh, Granny (big eye roll) we don't have to worry about that, Mommy will just waitn until it hits 75% and then pay with coupons.(All said with such sarcasm, like doesn't she know any better?)

I have a confession to make. I hate the Wiki. I have been here nearly 4 years. I know how to use a wiki, I am not afraid of the wiki. I know where the wiki is located and I know that it is just cocked FULL of urgently important information. I HATE THE TARGET WIKI! It's a clusterfark of way too much crap.
And then ya get the new people here and some of the other people are down right freakin' rude. "Read the wiki" -- and ya just know it's a snotty tone of voice. And it's so much easier than just answering the damn question when 9 times out of 10 it's a one sentence answer.

Also found the mother load of home bath stuff all marked under $10 now, I'll do rebuy/return. And picked up a pvc RE garment rack for $9.99 BC in the laundry area - cause I keep my laundry in my bATHROOM.
What is it about peer-pressure and SD that makes me go to TRU and buy things for actual money that I never really even wanted? But did get the Wii Nerf gun/game as a part of the B2G1 deal on sale for $9.99 yesterday and today only. Four Xbox & Wii games for less than $25 oop and 3 leapfrog toys for $15 oop
Can I ask everyone to be on the lookout for a way to discount a Wii - here or there or anywhere...I missed the Wags thing a while back and since I got a Xbox 360 for less than $80 I'd like to do something close for the Wii
I did find at Kohl's today: Play Doh halloween packs (big bags with 24 (IIRC) small cans in Halloween colors) for $4.49/ea , same with a 24 pk of Halloween Disney cards (T carries the same ones, but they are not free AC). My Kohl's is doing inventory, so it's been a clusterf@@* there, but that's good for me.
Today, in the girls undie dept clearance part, they had a TON of small sets of girls nail polish and lip gloss. Each one had 6 in them. $.80/ea (90% off). I bought 28 of them! They had 3 different kinds of nail polish sets and 3 different lip gloss sets, so I got several of each. I figure they will be great in the Pink Merona Hobo purses for some girl Christmas presents.
At T, I found a RE Essentials Shower Head on clearance for $11.xx I needed one so it worked out well.

the problem is people like to add to the wiki and get reps but nobody likes to clean out the wiki and get nothing. and the tables actually make the job worse. then some people don't want the clearance info deleted b/c some stores clearance out like 3 months behind. and people don't put dates even though i practically
i feel like i'm always playing catchup to keep that place up to date.

DD was hungry, so I gave her (the last) cut up apple and some peanut butter. Well, she eats the apple slices, then proceeds to take the peanut butter by the spoon and put it on her toes THEN eat it.
*sigh* I don't think I'll make it to T tonight - yet again.
