My Great Aunt is nearly 100 and never had any children. Her only living blood relatives are my mom, my sister & I as well as a non biological nephew on her late husbands side of the family.
Well, we just found out that she has breast cancer and that the doctor is pushing for a full double mastectomy.
Even without a large family around her we are already starting to bicker about how she should handle it. Some think whatever the doc recommends is what she should do others think some consideration should be given to the risks of the surgery on a near centurian and how much it would really extend her life expectancy versus taking a more of a wait and see approach approach and just treating the symptoms to make her as comfortable as possible and to allow her to stay where she is now during her final months/years.

Was it in here I read that someone had the Hershey's Kisses TQ beep? I got the Special Dark (purple foil) today and the TQ attached and reduced the price. Just wondering if some of the varieties are going to be beepers. I need to stock up as my candy supply is about gone but my Qs haven't arrived yet. Just used the one I had today.
