Found some of the Home bath whatever you want to call them metallic build it yourself things at 75% off.woot And the RE wooden wall cabinet for $6.24! I almost bought one Tuesday at $12.48. Glad I waited.

eta hugs on the foot and heel pain! I often wondered if I have plantar fasciaitis. There were times that my feet would hurt for a good 30 minutes after I woke up, and it went away during pregnancy (duh muscles relaxing). For me, I think it was more fallen arches than anything else. I wear supportive shoes and/or arch supports and it hasn't been much of a problem lately. I know that won't be the case for everyone. hug

Did it hurt in your arch or your heel?, I also have heel spurs.., they ususally hurt worse after sitting or lying , and you really almost can't walk for ten or fifteen minutes .(that;s heel spurs, feels like you have a pebble in your heel. ).

Both, and up into my ankle along the inner edge of my ankle/foot. Could have been radiating from my heel though. All I know was that it hurt like crazy.

Yeah that sounds more like the plantar faciaitis. I'm assuming for you it was temporary ?

It's super fun though. There were plenty of people there who had no idea wth they were doing, myself included.

Now I have an orthotic heel cup and I'm not even that old.... orthotics OMG
My SIL had to have surgery on both feet at the age of 32 to get hers "fixed" and it still bothers her. I sometimes wonder about it because my arch will hurt so bad and the pain will go up to my knee sometimes.

It lasted for years, pain only went away during pregnancy. Came back within 6 months of giving birth. Youngest is 3 and hasn't *knock on wood* returned yet. We did move from a ranch style house to a 2 story with laundry room in the basement (and you can bet with 4 kids, I'm running up and down stairs endlessly!) so maybe it strengthened those ligaments? Sure didn't do much for the chubby butt. Embarrassment laugh out loud

Sadwalk DH just got home. We aren't getting the piano afterall. He heard about another family in the church that was looking for a piano, so he took it over to them. They were pretty happy. He's a good guy.

He brought me cupcakes too.

Tell me about it... there've been days I hobble around like a 90 year old. I was actually told that I had feet like an old lady when I was 11 by a foot doctor. And on my baby foot prints, you can see my bunions - especially in the right foot.

DH and I are considering seeing about the surgery and getting that done this year. I'd be laid up for a while, but if it means I can actually walk around without pain - that would be pretty awesome. Though, by now I've lived with it so long, it would be weird. But, on the upside - maybe I could actually catch up to my toddler again. laugh out loud

Setsail - I'm hoping my store still has the 4 wooden cabinets that've been sitting there forever now. I want to hang one in DD's room & our room - and probably will end up getting one for the bathroom too.
