what are you gonna make
a) it's hella cheaper.
b) it's not far away from my old place so there isn't that much hassle in the moving process.
3) it's a house. lots more space. easier to do laundry. backyard. etc etc. did i mention free bi-monthly cleaning service?
w) i need to become social again. living by yourself for 2 years can turn you into a hermit
oh and i met the dog! pretty cool little doggie
only thing i'm really losing is access to a pool and jacuzzi
this place is also much safer should a terrifying earthquake occur. my old apartment would crumble.
spent my first night there yesterday. i had a hard time sleeping though due to my mind racing about moving everything else tonight and the fact that it WAS STILL 90 DEGREES AT NIGHT

I have three companies stopping by this week to give us estimates on doing a retaining wall out back and adding fill dirt and grading. Whoo. I am terrified of the cost. The yard is 100' across and the slope goes down 15'.
