Did you watch?

For a show on a non premium cable channel, I thought it was very good. I never read the comic, so I don't know how it compares, but I'll be watching every Sunday. pisses me off that I don't get AMC in HD though.

One of the best shows on TV. Hardwick is razor-sharp nod
He talks WAAAAAYYY to farking fast though. That gets annoying. Like that squirrel from Hood Winked.

Do you think what they said about the human entrails being cinnamon flavor is legit? laugh out loud They said that when they were showing the sausage fest, and they said to make it so it wasn't terrible for the zombies to actually eat the stuff / brats, that they flavored the blood.

Eh, that's just his shtick. He's so psyched about what he talks about that it shows in his enthusiasm. It's kind of endearing laugh out loud

I had heard that most of the "blood" was a variant of BBQ sauce, actually. It has roughly the same viscosity and color, so.. makes sense to me.

I was surprised that the finale will be on Easter , usually re-runs
Easter is the perfect day, the show is called The Walking Dead, The #1 Walking Dead in the world for many is Jesus Christ. Wth Easter being the day he 'rose from the dead' it makes it the perfect day for the final! Jesus is the ulitmate Zombie in that respect and his followers eat "the body of Christ'. I wonder if the show did this scheduling on purpose. laugh out loud

I thought the last episode was damn good.

Question. Buy season by season? Or wait for a series box set when all is said and done?

I buy season by season and just now have cone to realize that DVD sets are not going to work any longer and I'm going to have to upgrade to Blu-ray.

The bluray box sets are great. Extra scenes plus cool extras make it worth the cost.

True. I said the same things when I loved Lost, and I've barely busted out my Blu-Rays, especially with it all on Netflix.

Sigh. I have come to the realization that I rarely watch any of my Blu-Rays.

That is just a problem with movies in general, haha. We are the same way.

We set the DVR to record the whole marathon this week and plan on watching it through again. My wife busted out some trivia...why was Rick in the Hospital? But, not knowing those answers for certain are why we will watch them again.

I plan to wait for a full box set, limited edition. When something is really enjoyed, we have no problem spending the money to show our approval. Letting our dollars vote!

I couldnt pull the trigger on the cool S2 special edition box. Coolest SE box set I've ever seen.

On a side note, how much do we think Kettle One pays for their product placement in the backgroun? Whats the rum/whiskey? Looks like Captain Morgan.
I'm talking about behind the couch on Talking Dead.

You and your wife need to move to Indy. I have a feeling we would all get along just great.

Yeah, my movie purchasing slowed down a lot 7-8 years ago. Now I mostly only buy something I know I'll watch every 1-3 years, or something I haven't seen that's cheap enough that I don't mind if I only watch it once.

Anyone notice the wheels on the car magically went back to an OEM wheel from the big chrome ones as Merle was getting out of it and letting it roll with the zombies in tow at the meeting place with the Governor?

Did you notice the fletching on Daryl's bolts went from Green to Blue in the bridge over the Yellow Jacket scene from a couple episodes back?

Not really...but that sounds like a great trivia question, haha. LMAO
