I would get this because I love it (and I think he would think it was too floral) and it would introduce colors other than green but of course it's mostly white and dry clean only.

Yeah for that price I could easily see it getting ruined and not worth it

I really like the Apt. 9 bedding , which is what I have, but it has much more of a younger feel than you're going for . It's really good quality material though.

I'm not going to take it as Notintended calling me old (although I do see the pun in that). While her decorating is more modern, mine is not. In fact there's a large patterned oriental rug in that room also.

Not really. It looks okay in there. It ended up in the bedroom by default. It was in the office at my old place but office is much smaller in this house.
