I almost tripped coming down the step into my living room from the kitchen. Grace. I has it.
Started coughing so I took my CPAP machine into the living room. Sat in the recliner until 1:00. I did watch a cool documentary on Marcus Dupree on ESPN.
Finally lay down on the sofa around 1:30. At least I did sleep some.

Can you ever not have to wear your CPAP mask? Even for one or two nights when you're sick like this? Hope you feel better soon and glad you got some sleep.
I'm at work now. So behind.

I don't have to wear the mask, but when I don't I stop breathing on average 60 times a night. That averages out to be 7.5 times an hour. When I stop breathing it wakes me up. Thankfully, because if it didn't I would die. And if that didn't kill me then DW would probably smother me with a pillow to quiet the snoring.
If I ever lose about 150 pounds maybe I could wean myself off of the machine.

I'm not sure
And geesh, that sucks. I've heard snoring is a sign of sleep apnea (though I'm not exactly sure why, lol). Do you sleep ok with the mask? I'd go nuts with a mask on cause I fall asleep on my stomach and then on my right side and then on my left side and then back on my stomach, lol.
My mom is the same way. She hates having pictures taken. Hates it soooo much. One time my dad was going through a whole bunch of family photos and scanning them into the computer. Almost all of the ones he found of her had her with her hands in front of her face. Seriously...almost every single picture

OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) is typically found in fat folks. The weight of the neck will flatten (or 'obstruct') the air way, causing snoring. Think of a balloon that you flatten and tighten the neck of. That is generally followed closely by a complete blockage of the air way, causing a breathign stoppage. Luckily the body senses that and wakes you up.
Sleeping with the mask vs not using it is like night and day. The mask lets me sleep throughout the night (generally). Imagine getting up 8 times an hour all night. Doesn't make for a very restful night.

At least we don't have to stay long. Robert has to go to bed for work.
That's hilarious. I have never liked it either, even when I was young and cute. I did take a lot of pics with friends back then, but I never liked it, and I never did it unless someone asked.
