The only recentish bands I have seen is Rush and The Kooks... I need to get out more. I really wanted to see The Decemberists live but it didn't work out.

I saw Anberlin this past Saturday. No more concerts lined up until probably January when we might see NoFx. I've seen so many concerts the past 5 years I couldn't even name them all. I have seen Mae at least 10 times themselves.

I would think that the Decemberists would be a little.... I dunno, boring? Just not very lively and exciting. I saw Minus the Bear and they almost put me to sleep laugh out loud

Eh, some of their songs are slow... but I am just more interested in how their concerts are supposed to be. I guess they play whole CD's which I love because of how they tell stories throughout their music. Plus some of their music is plenty upbeat(well comparatively laugh out loud).
