wow, that tv contest is popular. the friend i mentioned is shopping for that exact model laugh out loud it was 1699 on amazon friday. i recommended he wait until black friday, just to see if the price nudges any.

I went home for lunch today (that was nice). I always pass by a particular hotel on the way home. As I passed by it today, there was a big sign that said "In N Out Interviews Here Nov 15 and 16." Oh.My.God the line was huge. There were sooo many people waiting in line to get an interview to work at In N Out. I was amazed.

DH is a very impulsive shopper and decided this weekend he wanted a blu-ray rather than farking with a new vid card for his pc on the tv. Lucky bastage comes home with a $350+ Samsung wifi sa-weet piece of electronics for $130. How you ask? No box no remote. They said $180 and he said forget it, I'd have to spend more $ a remote and walked. Sales guy asked some mgr dude and tracks down J and offered $130. We already have a Logitech Harmony remote Teehee Bitchin' SD! I'm already hooked to Netflix. On his PC it was a pain to boot up and login on the interwebz plus the vid quality kinda suxored since he needed to upgrade the vid card. Now I'm a couple clicks on the remote away from all the tv/movie crack one could want!

yeah but paid well for fast food is like what, $10 / hour?

everyone i see working at in n out is a young, white kid. the people in line today were of all ages, young and old. guys in suits. old ladies in old lady clothing.

yeah i suppose they could be hiring for managers. but the majority of available jobs had to be the burgermakers/sellers! why else rent out a room at a hotel?

I don't blame him either, I did the HTPC thing for years, but I like just using my PS3 now.
