Tonight we are having crockpot Caldo de Pollo [wikipedia.org] (chicken soup).
So El Jay has been in a stage that is not pleasant at alllllllll! He's been screaming and crying about everything all friggin day for the past week. I found out from googling that this is typical behavior for a 15 month old and it will pass, but DAMN this kid has my nerves frazzled. I'm introducing him to Diego courtesy of Netflix and he is distracted enough to stop the screaming for the duration of a 20 minute show. This child has sucked every ounce of sanity out of me.

Thrifteh, does he like to color? My daughter loves to color and that keeps her distracted. Oh and try Sesame Street. Mija loves Elmo.
She goes through that too. It's very annoying.
