Help! Need to find a cute dress!

How can MLV pun this one? Scratchchin

Anyway, I want to find a cute dress for New Years, but I'm not having any luck finding something I like. I've looked online at stores like Express, Macy's, JC Penney, Forever21, Wetseal, Charlotte Russe, and Frederick's of Hollywood and just haven't seen anything.

Am I forgetting any stores that normally have cute dresses? I'm really petite so I need a size zero or extra small, which also puts me in another pickle because I may find something I like only to have it not come in a size small enough for me.

I bought H&M shirts before, they didn't last for long. Dresses? they don't mean to last long, that's why she said "under 100 dallors". It will be a shame to tear it up when it costs too much.
