People in the Mid-West/North-East...are you ready to shovel/de-ice again? New storm coming Tuesday 2/1 into Wednesday 2/2

I can't believe it....first major snow storm this year for the area and it's going to be a blizzard! we only had 1 snowfall earlier in the month and it was only about 2 inches.

a few days ago I checked weather.com and it only said snow showers for sunday & monday and now there is a blizzard warning and expecting 11-16 inches of snow. what a dramatic change.

I love snow so I am excited. (except when I have to drive....lol)

Yeah, the snow today isn't really the main problem.... it's just one more thing in a series of things. And it doesn't help that none of my friends are in town to keep me company. I'm just gonna keep myself busy painting for the next couple of days...

Oh, and the spring is even prettier in the suburbs

just got home from work...whew the roads are bad out there, especially the local streets. highways are fine though.

It's one of those huge orange ones with salt in the back, tire chain and all. Guy is still there, someone should get him a coffee o something.

We are all plowed out -but last night my hubby said the blower worked so well down by his Dad's that it blew the snow clear across the street to the neighbor's sidewalk

I thought oh are they going be PO'd with that

but you are not allowed to blow it into the street - so he did one better blew it all the way across the street

Got up this morning and later this afternoon got my son over to finish up what was left and plow out the end of the driveway(s) so it wouldn't turn to ice later on - ugh snow

Side streets are a mess! It's suppose to be around 10 tonight so hopefully nothing turns to ice. The main streets were clear but the wind is just blowing all the snow back on them.
