I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

A lot of us really like the flavor, personality, and perhaps non-conformist twist this forum has. Yes, other threads have strict rules, easy to read but not much fun (e.g contest/ rules/ followed by 30 "thanks" entries). Ho hum.
I think this group here is very cool. I really like being able to laugh several times a day and find perhaps the more fun or interesting contests without reading through 1,000 contests for trips to NYC or a contest where 5 winners win some stupid thing.
Rock on, out-witters!

This statement (see above) needs reposting often to remind everyone (esp.rule nitpickers / nannys) of the VOLUNTARY nature of this entire SD site and this thread in particular.

Nothing on the porch yet, team ordered bike and camera on 18th. Really curious as to what camera is being shipped as I have points for another large item. Just short of points for netbook. Sweet to have such nice options, isn't it? BTWHAPPY NEW YEAR to all the folks on this site and even the 'rulers'.

Looks like the Marlboro OWTW thread under the 'deal talk' forum has been shutdown permanently. I do hope I got all the terminology correct. I check this Funny Farm ( thread is funny farm and lounge is forum ?) place often. I think this group works well together and sincerely wants to help each other. A lot of commonalities are developing and this less regulated thread should allow more latitude of OFF=TOPIC discussion that so irritated the oldies on the other thread.
