Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

Hi folks,
Been looking for something fun to watch since my favorite current shows are all on hold through the holidays. Found this looking for something else. I checked out the first episode. Works for me. If you like British humor, spoofs, and BBC stuff in general, you'll most likely enjoy this.

The subtle part is what appeals to me the most. And yes, a spontaneous laugh a few days later is specially enjoyable, to me, in a crowd a strangers.

In a way I have it lucky. I havent been able to get CBS for over a year so I get to watch all the reruns. My DVR still doesnt recognize it for some reason but the tv does so I can record the other channels and watch CBS live. I just have to put up with my sister telling me to fast forward through the commercials. LMAO Oh well, dogs got to go out sometime. Its pretty bad that the male knows what wait for the commercial means!

I always wondered if people won on those things because I never do. Its so nice to see people winning' here is a contest to win an Atari video system. Honey Nut Cheerios is giving away 200 of them. I would settle for a box of Cheerios! Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

The Honey Nut Bee has his own video games you can play here or you can make your own comic strip to print up. Great activity to keep bored kids home on Christmas break busy!!

I had to tell my son that Monty Python was Australian just to get him to watch it. He gets their humor but it took awhile. He was almost 20 before he could tell a joke without mixing in the punchline. Actually made it funnier to watch him say wait let me start over!! LMAO

Monty Python is truly timeless. Last year, in my girls' World History class, they watched Monty Python & the Holy Grail when they were studying The Crusades.
Blew me away.....I never got to watch movies like that in school! Can you imagine what the MP crew would think about that movie being part of a History lesson???

For those OWTW4'ers out there who have dogs and/or cats, here's a free sample from Purina and WalMart.

That could come in handy...especially when we're posting here late at night into the early morning hours & not necessarily in possession of all our faculties! Big Grin
