I never got a bike as a kid and the last time I rode one was in 1958 (one-speed, push the pedal back to brake). In anticipation of the Fuji bike's arrival I've -

-viewed dozens of bike assembly videos on YouTube
-bought the wrenches and allen keys I think I'll need
-bought a helmet, hydration backpack, air pump, lubricants, bike stand to hold it upright in the living room (only place I can store it)
-called an area bike shop for a quote on assembly and tuning (in case I botch it) - only $40

I just hope that after all of this, after ten minutes of huffing and puffing on the bike, I don't end up wishing that I had called Marlboro to switch to the netbook pc. EEK!

Its 26 today and pretty windy. Got down in the lower teens last night. Today I get to go shopping for new curtains!! I cant believe its going to cost $150 ! I remember when we used to hang one of those fuzzy animal print blankets and thought it looked so good! LMAO
