I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

My granny liked blackberry brandy, she mand a concoction with sugar and blueberries and let it ferment, then added some everclear
She made it in a gallon mason jar
no way would I ever taste it, it was alive
she put it on top of the refrigerator for a couple weeks to brew
I'm surprised she didn't get sick but it was like blueberry beer
and the everclear at the end must of killed everything
I remember her sending my grandfather to get a bottle and he would come home with a pint in his back pocket
Always teased him asked him what street corner will I find him sleeping on
