Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

I agree, they came from nowhere just to ridicule us!! Wish they would just go away!! And yes, they are JDs
I don't think they would get by with it if they went to one of the other lounge's here on S.D.

I saw one of them (talon)something, on the freebie site the other day, and acted like a perfect Gentleman. Why does he have to be such a JD when he comes on here?

Good evening.

Wish the unsavories would stay outside our box.

Ya'll were talking about birds earlier - some of our Chickadees here have mutant beaks - long and curved which makes it difficult for them to eat obviously.

Sometimes I wonder if the strange goings on in nature is simply that - part of nature, i.e., global warming, etc. Any thoughts?

My Sommy will hide under the kitchen table, and attack your feet or ankles as you walk by!! It is annoying, but so cute at the same time, I can't get mad at him!
She like's to hide and do that to me also..not to anyone else.I think she get's a kick out of me scream when she scare's me.Also if I put hand up on the wall she will jump about 3ft off the floor and grab my wrist. The other cat in my av. was a male cat and so laid back, when we had him I think he kept her under control a little bit,she had someone to play with, now she is back to terrorizing me laugh out loud
She does what we call a "Beer check" if we have drank beer she will jump up on the bed come up and smell your breath and make a screech noise and stomp off down the hall. She is a very smart cat.Semi-trained,sometimes,LOL..nod

Thanks M. Here's the rediculous thing. We've never heard of these three (jackdonkeys) before, They come in here after OWTW is over and tell us what we're doing wrong and get the other thread shut down, Then follow us over here and still tell us what to do, Then, Say stuff like, I cant wait for my bike or my netbook or whatever, And start asking us questions about shipping? Like we really want to talk to these (JDs). What a bunch of ungrateful lurkers. Yes, Obviously these three professional lurkers obtained free prizes because of US. The safest way for me to say what I really mean is (Garys) Phooey to you three. (with a Cap)

If they come back I'll be ready for them:

Such cute kitties!! I only have one, my Solly Mon, (Solomon) And he could be my avatar!!

I brushed the heck out of him yesterday and today, so he is a little ticked at me, but he will get over it. He is so soft now!! I tried the vacuum on him once when he was shedding really bad, and it was not a good idea!! I think I still have scars from that endeavor!!

I get bit for all kind's of reason that only she know's,lol. Her favorite thing was to grab and bite the back of my ankle like a snake, now her new thing is to bite the top of my foot.nod
Owwwieee! Only true cat lovers would still love the little stinkers.
I used to have a cat, Tasha, that would come up to me, and rub her face on my cheek, being all lovey dovey, then out of nowhere bite the tip of my nose! Hence her nickname Kittyshit.
Something like this.....

Oh, and this one's for CW, whose cat liked to sniff candles.....

My cat, Smokey, absolutely loves to be brushed. She was wandering around my old work place fall of '97. She warmed up to a couple of us, then we were worried about her being outside in the winter. I ended up taking her - good barn cat. She likes being outside, but in the winter she stays in the garage/shop. We bring her in the house sometimes but she wants to go right back out. She even caught a couple squirrels! With bird of prey around, her color is perfect - gray. Even now, she's still pretty shy.

I am leary of cat's around my face,lol...Alot of times you have to read their eye's.If the pupil's are big, don't mess with them,lol...Mine will let you pet her once, the second time you will get swatted. She will not just come out and attack you but if you come near here she is skittish.

UPS delivers via storks???? That explains a whole heck of a lot ! ! ! With all the rain we've been having, even bird brains know to stay inside. nod It's supposed to rain again tonight. My poor baby netbook may never arrive.

On the other hand, it's nice knowing that some large beaked bird is keeping it dry. woot
