Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Check your settings. It's been a long time since I used Avira, but most a/v doesn't stop PUPs (potentially unwanted programs) by default, the user usually has to turn that on in settings. That will block a lot of nast stuff like fake a/v's.

Before I moved to Linux, I had switched from Avira to Avast. I didn't like the direction Avira was going in with version 10, and was very satisfied with the switch. I would recommend if you do that you go into the settings and enable PUP prevention.

Two programs I used to run along side regular A/v were Threatfire and Sandboxie. Sandboxie will make your browsing particularly secure but there is a little learning involved.

we gave up on avira, it wasnt catching everything. and it wouldnt update for us anymore.
we went back to comodo. it has firewall and anti virus. and best its free and works for us.

check it out. my husband is happy and that means a lot with my daughter always messing my pc up. it catches everything. keeps me safe.

I figured they were the regular ones from the website. I had forgotten about the coupons we ordered when we sent for the key-chain.

All the way down at the bottom. You can choose to play online or I think the other is to play out in the real world. I figured some of the people who like those kinds of hunts would like it and the prize is really nice but I would rather have the money

Yes my coupon was from requesting one when they offered.I used my coupon tonight.I drive over to Ky. to get them,cheaper there.I paid $40.51 after using the coupon.Here (IN) they are about $55.
