I don't think there is any chewing involved in that product.. but I guess you could chew on the pouch if you wanted to.

I do find the Spearment flavor much too sweet....those of you who have a sweet tooth or put two sugars in your tea or coffee will probably really like the Spearment flavor SNUS.

There is nothing Yucky about SNUS. I have a very conservative Doctor (MD) and even he has approved my use of SNUS. He said that he believes it is better than the Nicotine patches and also told me that he has some patients that are adicted to the patchs and they use multiple patches to get their fix.
