Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

Gary might carry on about the great weather in southern CA, but I'm in Los Angeles and we're going to be dealing with wind gusts up to 25 miles per hour. So, if you take into account the wind chill factor, we're talking maybe 78 degrees here today.

Have I mentioned how we suffer so? Wink

Hi all. I'm not only waiting for my netbook. I still haven't got my boots from the last contest. They had told me 12/14 for delivery date then when I called at the end of Dec. they said it might be 8-15 more weeks! I guess it will be Spring before I get them.

I'm here in MD. We're having a heat wave compared to NY. Big ole 19 degrees here. We only got about 5 inches of snow. Quick true story. My hubby bought a snowblower that needed some work. He and our neighbor worked on it for several days. He was so happy when it snowed so he could try it out. When he tried to do the driveway, it was sucking in snow instead of blowing it out. They put it together backwards LOL. Lots of cursing going on that day.

I'm not always on at the same time as you are, but I do catch up with posts every day.

I have a set of twins as well. I have a boy and a girl that are 18 now. its been a trip. just going through everything with them. it is hilarious how two can get into so much more than one.

these are the last of five kids for me, so we have been through a lot. they seem to think we are so dumb and dont know what they are doing. but been there done that. they are learning they cant get much past us. besides, we also have the older ones who keep an eye out when we arent able to.

yes, nothing like twins, it is life changing, mind changing as well.

ME TOO!! I have twins, one of each, I think I'd prefer both the same sex, my two are mostly fighting, will be nice when that stage ends. wavewave

sorry to see everyone is either sleeping or at work, I feel so alone right now, I am writing to myself, FrownFrown
wavewaveNow I'm here, but you're gone!wavewaveMy twins are both girls...some fighting, but not much thankfully. I'll bet that your twins' fighting stage will end soon enough....as my mom always said "This too shall pass". I hear that in my head whenever a situation gets me stressed out. Smilie

Oh my, 100 inches of snow so far......that's crazy! And the cold temps don't help....no melting snow. Where do you put it all when you shovel?
Hope our "heat wave" heads your way....high 40's for the next few days. It was -8 when I took my girls to school on Monday. Glad those frigid temps are moving out! Cold
