It bothers me that most of the pictures of "sexy" women are women with fake boobs, too much spray-on tan, fake hair and tons of caked-on makeup.

Well, not really
She just seemed way overdone. Take away the spray tan and all the gobs of makeup and the weird scenery behind her, I'm sure she's a real pretty girl.
I just meant a girl with real hair, real hair color, real finger nails, no plastic or silicone parts, and no spray-on tan. That seems to be way too much to ask for these days.
