In case you only want 15% off one item (as opposed to 20)

http://www.harborfreightusa.com/u...ycode=0000

And, here is one that is not complete, but looks like a 20 off one item
http://www.harborfreightusa.com/u...ycode=0000

Neither of these seem important enough to post in the wiki......or please let me know if I'm wrong.

I am waiting to see a long line of rants about the free screwdrivers......as if free is still too much to pay for them.

Can you use more than 1 coupon per transaction? I would like to use the 20% off one item, special tool wrench coupon, special clamps coupon etc in one transaction.

YMMV is the short answer. Read the small print on the coupons, "cannot be used with other discounts or coupons". Basically, here, I can get a 20% off coupon to work on any sale item or full retail item, but I cannot use any other coupon. No stacking. I could use the "special tool wrench" and "special clamps" in one transaction but have had no success with the 20% off in the same transaction, even if it is an item with no coupon associated.

My solution is to break my purchase into multiple transactions, if I know the cashier, I do it all in the same pass. And yes, I get the eye roll and attitude.

Thanks, buford. Nothing wrong with multiple transactions...just more time consuming.

So, I have a few new screwdriver sets about the house. Now have 2 everywhere in addition to putting some in the cars and leaving a set at work. It is nice to not have to leave the padio or shed with the lawnmower to grab a screwdriver. Or leave the garden hose bib, or come down off the roof or out of the attic.

I have a few around but I thought after a discussion with you I would see how well they hold up and have used just one pair on the chevelle project. The blade driver has been used as a lever, chisel, to adjust and hold welding pieces, align parts and adjust brakes. It has been hammered and had slag ground off of it. I believe this one will be lost or stolen before I manage to destroy it. They ain't Snapon or Craftsman, but it works.

My guess is the guy who complains about a free set of drivers, either doesn't use them or "borrows" better from his associates.

Thanks.

The real credit goes to Dumpster Diver, he designed and set up the wiki and maintains it (with who ever else posts). He spent a lot of time trying to make this successful. Additionally, he always gives credit to original posters, refers users from other threads and seems to be the party fixing my screw ups. His efforts have been tireless, with little or no recognition.

If anyone can, help out. Rep him every now and then, to let him know his efforts are appreciated.
