you ABSOLUTELY need to shop walgreens. i'd never shopped walgreens much before either except on occassional visits to chicago. then i discovered sd last year and with it walgreens. you can get all your toiletries and household supplies for free or pennies on the dollar there and in vast quantities. seriously meeshe, wags is the stock-up place. in my siggy there's a link to the fabulous wags how-to thread. read and then ask any questions you want. there are some great slow weeks here laugh out loud where you can get your paces. this week there is a fab MM deal on sinex. do that and you will learn how to plus get dollars to spend on household stuff.

BA is beauty advisor. it's the wags person who runs the beauty register.

i'm starting a new exercise routine next week. wanna join me?

you do need to "buy" some socks. they're cute socks. and some have glittery stuff on them (in sophisticated ways) making them perfect for the holidays. i wish i could find the plain black ones. need those.

totally hear you on clarisonic laziness. i get that way, too. but then each day i'm about to walk away from the bathroom without clarisonicing my face, i touch my skin and realize i don't want it to become bumpy. the guilt trip helps. Big Grin

when you go to sephora next, pick out a consultant whose makeup look you like. that helps. then ask her to suggest foundations that give you a natural, dewy look, but still offer enough coverage to conceal blemishes. you don't need full coverage, but it sounds like for the time being you need medium/layerable coverage. smashbox is one of the companies that offers foundations like that. there are a few others. the MUFE foundation will be too heavy for you. it is designed for photographic purposes and no matter what you do in real life it will look like major makeup, cos it is designed for the bright lights of tv/photo studios.
the MUFE concealer that comes in a tube, on the other hand, works excellently for layering. when going out for errands etc, i just use that. dab it to even out tone, circles etc. it gives the skin a natural sheen and even tone. i love it!

the MUFE foundation shades have very nuanced differences. you will defintely need to play with them/put on in bright light for a few days to see differences. also remember, the makeup artist's trick - you don't have to be one shade or another. you can be in between and mix 2 or blend two or as i said blend with moisturizer.

by the way, if you have a library near you, i highly recommend borrowing the kevyn aucoin books (after you move ! laugh out loud ) they will teach you so much about working with your face/concealing/playing up etc. and one more thing - if you are moving to florida, MUFE foundation might not be the best idea with the humidity.

Had a great time at Target today with my wife and the baby.
Picked up a few Finish Quantamatics for $2.48. The $3 q worked well.
Got a baby sunshade float 75% off and some Off wipes for my camping trip coming up.

Oh, the most horrible thing happened this morning to one of DDs new friends! DD had her in a few classes and had mentioned her to me a few times but they had not gotten a chance to hang out after school yet but had been trying to set it up. So DDs friend was walking to school and waiting to cross the street when she was hit by a car. Driving the car was another 13 yr old girl who had missed the bus and taken her Aunts car without the Aunts knowledge. The 13 yr old driver was going around the corner mistook the gas for the brake went out of controll drove right into the girl and crushed the girl into a cinderblock retaining wall. My DDs friend held on for a few hours but passed away around lunchtime. The whole school is wearing pink tomorrow, DDs friends favorite color. And this is why I worry so much constantly! DD loves to walk to school and home from school and I worry the whole time even though it is only a 15 min walk. The 13 yr driver is being charged through the juvi courts with involuntary vehicular manslaughter. So devastatingly sad for all the families. I can't even imagine how it would be to kiss DD bye for school and then never see her smiling face again. It fills me with so much anxiety and fear I feel like I am going to have a panic attack and I can't breath! I know I worry to much sometimes, but it is hard to not worry about everything.

Today is my 16 yr annivesary, DH is working out of town so we had celebrated last weekend but I still feel so lonely for him today. And this evening. Frown

Good thing we are out of almost everything yummy, except M&Ms we have lots of those. sigh....

Sorry you had troubles with them. I used them at Publix, and nothing beeps at Publix (unless you have more coupons than items). I look around see lots of happy doggies in your future.

Your husband needs to put a stop to this , he needs to let her know he has made you aware of the communication and , that HE finds this one sided contact with him inapproriate and disrespectful to the life you two have together.

Whatever words he has that will put an end to this out of his love and respect for you and your marriage.
