I remember hearing about a cat printing- maybe it was for the kids toothbrush? But either way, OP says it was a printable TQ

Dreeme - I am praying that all is well with you and the baby.

With my 2nd one, I had bleeding for 13 1/2 weeks - didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 9 1/2 weeks along! There was a clot behind the placenta that caused it, but it did eventually stop. Lots of women just bleed or spot randomly and never have a problem with the baby or pregnancy, so I am hoping that whatever you are experiencing is something that is just a wonky body/hormone thing. hug

Ah, okay... short barcode on the maalox?

As for the cat - I don't know... I wasn't interested in it, obviously! laugh out loud I just remember there being a tq that printed in a higher value.

Hmm... well, it *is* HD we're talking about, so I wouldn't be suprised. I think the insert q was coded as 00 - so it probably doesn't attach and needs to be input manually. If the TQ printable has an actual coding then, or - I guess - if it doesn't, then that could be put through also. I guess if your cashier isn't paying attention or you argue hard enough about printing it from the T website, therefore it just *has* to be a tq... well... who knows.

Did I give the latest update on DH's grandmother? She's scheduled for her cath tomorrow morning at 7:30

Congrats on finally getting a move date set! hug

There was a Sonicare TQ that expired 9/11 but I don't remember seeing any cat TQ. I have received several cat MQ for the Sonicare but that's it. Would be nice.

Faint
so tired. but wanted to say hi and other chattery stuff before i put away leftovers do dishes and pass out on kitchen floor.

ank... hug hope the migraine scurries away pronto! someone on SD told me to drink awau/wash away a migraine by drinking lots (nuh, uh read the rest of the sentence fellow lushes) of water. worked for her. and turns out it does help me greatly when i do that!

flug, hug hope you feel much better in the AM. hot salt bag compresses really help me with earaches, jawaches, toothaches and such....

gt, ... hug so glad to hear your daughter is safe. so strange and scary how seemingly ordinary people turn extraordinarily evil in the blink of an eye. was this guy an addict robbing for drug money? a disgruntled former convenience store clerk targeting their stores? psychotic?

rach... hope you and baby are doing very well!

...I am thinking I need to go back to clipping all and putting them in that big binder. So many times I don't have the coupons with me that I need. And can never keep tearpads organized.
ditto. i fell off the binder wagon and it's just so hard to find time/patience to clip the backlog and get back on. but i hate strolling down a certain target aisle and finding something and realizing oh, yeah that orange hangtag is sitting in that ziploc bag, under those qs, and the ziploc is lying in that paper grocery bag of inserts that's lying lopsided on.... bah. what good is a photographic memory when you can't hand the q to the cashier?

sending out big prayers for a healthy, successful and comfortable 9 months and a lovely healthy baby, plus strength for your sis!

Okay, OP of that thread said he got the Q before it changed to a MQ...uhm. I'm thinking no?
uh-huh. and the roasted fingerling potatoes we ate for dinner were really tomatoes before i got to the basket.

speaking of tomatoes and potatoes, what's your definition of cooking for thanksgiving. are you looking for suggestions for good ready to eat/quick prep boxed items (like stuffing and mashed potatoes etc) or are you looking for make from scratch (but simple) ideas? once i get sense of parameters, i can help. Big Grin (sorry, i'm so tired my brain can't think of a simple word than parameters laugh out loud though I'm sure there is a synonym that conveys something similar relatively adequately)

at T today store was full of pricing/flow folks all over. so i'm walking towards the health area to get maalox and reach etc when a red sees me and says "can i help you with something?"
"oh no i'm good" i say, "thank you for asking"
red: are you sure you don't need help?
me: yeah, don't mind me, i'm just mentally running through my shopping list and what we need.
red: yeah, i could see that on your face, and in your eyes.

Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
well then, why'd you ask, missy? shake head

The dr. appt went fine. Since we are unclear on dates, I am earlier than we thought. The Dr. thinks she saw the gestational sac but it was too small to measure. My cervix is closed though and she saw no signs of bleeding in or around the uterus. (which is good since I've been spotting off and on)

At this point we know I'm somewhere between 4 weeks and 5 weeks pregnant. She said as far as she can tell the pregnancy is healthy but we did labs to check the HCG levels and Progesterone levels to be sure. I get the results tomorrow.

My sister went with me to the appointment and cried on the way. Frown She said it's so emotional and brings back so many memories of her son. I wanted to cry with her. Barring tomorrow's results, I go back thursday for one more HCG + prog. test and then, barring those results, another u/s in a week.
hug Continued P&PT for you and baby. As others wrote, bleeding can be very common and doesn't always mean there is a problem.

LOL gt, I've noticed more reds on the floor asking people if they need help. It's a good thing but they always interrupt my concentration as I'm trying to remember everything on my mental list.

Ugh... realizing my pantry is annoyingly sparse when it comes to staples and such. Gonna have to pray for some good finds and work some magic to pull off thanksgiving this year!

I need potatoes, green beans, broccoli, almonds, pumpkin, sugar, flour, paprika, sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, basil, salt pork, rutabagas, sweet potatoes, idaho potatoes, apples maybe, bread, bananas, cream cheese, lemons, onions, sour cream, brown sugar, macadamia nuts, orange juice, whipped cream ???

Okay, this is my menu that I've been thinking of...

Turkey
mashed potatoes and gravy
stuffing
green (shelley) beans w/salt pork
rutabagas w/salt pork
some sweet potato dish - don't know what kind...
apple sauce
broccoli w/almonds and lemon butter
Banana Cheesecake
Pumpkin Cheesecake
Pumpkin Pie
Cranberry sauce (homemade)

then double it...

Yup... well, maybe 1 and 1/2... I am making dinner for us + our friends, and a small dinner for a widower & his daughter that we are friends with. (His daughter will stop by on her way through TN and pick it up on Thanksgiving.) DH found out that they tend to do tv dinners on thanksgiving and was just horrified at the thought.

I am thinking starting early will be my best bet. I could make the cheesecakes ahead of time by 2 days. (of course, that means I'll have to hide it from DH...) Pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce, apple sauce, and probably most of the sides the day before. I don't like reheated mashed potatoes, so I will probably make those the day of. I could do the smaller turkey the day before also - then the bigger one the day of. I'm trying not to feel panicky. *laugh*

That's why I get frustrated when shopping with the kids too... I do work off a list - if I remember to take it with me, so that helps. (unless I've altered the q's and forgot to make changes on the list - which does happen more often than I'd prefer to admit).

Thank you. Smilie I did go on a drinking (water) binge earlier today. Wonder if its just one of those intuitive things - I've never heard the advice before. It's better than it was, thankfully. Not gone, but much better. I think I'll be headed off to bed too so that I can be rested tomorrow.

We usually do stuffing, green bean casserole, corn casserole, yams, cranberries, rolls...and probably something else I'm missing. Oh, pumpkin pie. My mom doesn't cook laugh out loud While I'd like to stick with those (because it's not Thanksgiving without casseroles!), budget is literally $10. So basically, it just needs to be cheap. I'm willing to try new recipes if there are items out there I can get super cheap or free.

We finally tried one of the TGIF meals tonight. I'm glad they were cheap. Embarrassment I cooked 2 bags each of the steak and chicken fajitas for dinner. Maybe it's just me but I don't see how the teeny bag of meat was enough for the recommended 3 fajitas per skillet meal bag. It was literally 3 little strips of meat per tortilla shell and then lots of onions/peppers (which the girls picked out).

The fajitas were tasty though.

If you cut up the meat a little bit while it's cooking, it goes a little further and it seems like there's more meat per fajita. But, yes, I agree that it's not very much! My dad asked how much they were regular price and agreed that he would have been pissed if he paid $5.99 for one!

News about Dh's grandmother is not good. Here's what I just sent him after hearing from my MIL:

Mom called and said that grandma's numbers are down. She'll be going in for a port/catheter to the heart for dialysis. They are expecting it to be put in Weds or Thurs. - but if she's not stable, it'll have to wait until fri or sat. Mom said she asked the doc if grandma will survive it and the doc said if it is God's will and if grandma has a strong will to live, then she'll make it. Mom is a basket case and Aunt Paula isn't any better from the sounds of it. I think they are worried because Grandma has been saying she just wants to go and be with Grandpa.
I'm sorry Grandma's not doing so great. Sending Pray and Comfort

The store here was robbed at 9, the next one at 10. Then "Just before midnight, Swanson was located at the Webster City, Iowa McDonald's and was arrested without incident by Webster City, Iowa State Patrol and Humboldt County Sheriff's officers." Apparently murdering two people makes you hungry. And the newstory confirms that it was a 17 year old form Minnesota. He has already been charged in this county with the first murder and has been charged as an adult.
EEK! Glad that caught the sob.

Yes, I've seen them on the end caps near bedding. $19.99. Monkey, dog, butterfly, pig, ladybug, bee, frog and unicorn are what I've seen.

Wait, saw a dolphin yesterday.
Thanks for that info, my GD would love the dolphin!!

Dreeme - All I can say is that it takes a very special kind of person to do what you are doing for your sister. Glad to hear there wasn't any real problems they could see.
Lots of PT and Pray coming your way.

Haven't seen Longtime lurker around.. hope she's just a busy lady and all is okay.

Ank - sending hug praying that you are provided all that you need for a wonderful Thanksgiving..

Kinda glad our Thanksgiving was in Oct.. but now I want Turkey and stuffing again.. But I can wait until Christmas..
