latest issue of WIRED mag has featured the work of slickdeals...also certain slickdealers were mentioned.....of which Slowtech's work was mentioned about the organizing of 'target' deals.....

i would say slickdeals making it to the WIRED mag is awesome and for these SDers who got mentioned too, very very cool....i showed it to my techy SO to show the popularity of SD

Mine is 14 hours away from here and 10 or so from where his live. WAY TO FAR and kinda miserable, no one has a house we want to stay at but my one cousin. I wish you and everyone had awesome inlaws like me, DH on the other hand, well mine are ok but....

I just used my Q and it was a PIA. 1st she said oh you cant use this on sales items, so i took the Q back to read it again and it states that you can..so I handed it back and told her to read it again. Then it took longer to check out cuz she had to enter my info becase I didnt have me HM card with me ...blah...

So I'm assuming that every time you use this Q they will ask you for ur card and it shows up in ur account that you have already used it if you try to use it more than once?

OK, does anyone have a go-to cheesecake recipe? I would love to make a cheesecake for Thanksgiving, but I don't have a tried-and-true recipe. My sister is making a pumpkin pie, so it can't be pumpkin cheesecake, has to be another flavor. Any recommendations?

And did anyone make a .pdf of the bacon coupon? I'm making up my shopping list, and that's on it. Big Grin

I always feel bad, because my husband LOVES my family, and they love him, and everyone gets along very well. But then HIS family, well, at least his mom, well, we just don't get along. Not that we fight or anything obnoxious, its just we are completely different, and nine times out of ten, I cannot understand where she is coming from or why she says what she says. shake head Like she'll make comments on my facebook, and I am always scratching my head, trying to figure out how to respond. Usually, I just don't. laugh out loud

I don't see anywhere on the coupon where your card is required to use this coupon. I would imagine if you just said you didn't have a card, didn't want to sign up for one, that the coupon would work fine. At least, that's what I plan to do.

Not me, I was just trying to print to a pdf saver but it wasn't cute because DH took that one off my printer list because it wasn't a printer, UGH, and it didn't work. So now my prints are up for today again and no coupons at all. I was thinking we might get each kid an ornament this year, if I get a few more Qs lol. I am thinking PP might be better at T for me just cuz I can use GCs.

Or maybe it was a OD coupon that Office Max would take as a competitors coupon and OM had the PP, but the OD coupon expired on the 20th. I was Confused when I first read the deal and was going to try to do it but then it was 10 pm on the 20th and I realized the coupon was exp that same day. Which ever way it was I missed it and it was kinda confusing any way.

My go-to White Chocolate Cheesecake. Always good, has never cracked on me.

Two tips: 1). Use quality products for a quality result. I only use Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Breakstone or Daisy Sour Cream, Land O'Lakes Unsalted Butter, and Nestle White Chocolate Chips. I've had folks use my recipe and it tasted Yucky nothing like mine, but found out they used generic cream cheese, generic sour cream, store brand margarine and almond bark.
2). Do NOT burn the white chocolate while melting. If you use the microwave, take 5+ minutes to go low and slow and stir, low and slow and stir, etc.
