Thanks for all the info!!!!! I have had windows open - fans blowing (yup even in these temps) - and have finshed scrubbing all the walls & painting with the cement anti-mildew stuff .... still fans blowing. I keep bleaching the floor each day when it dries as I work on all the rest. My theory is that if there are any moldy beasties lurking they will be dead by the time I am thru Smilie I will post a pic when I finish. Still a lot of work to do --- new insulation - of different kind - vapor seal - drywall - mudding - priming - painting - flooring - and the closet .... so it will be a bit of time yet! Amazing how long one SMALL room takes I feel run over by a steam-roller but it will be better when I have finished Smilie

Definitely for Thurs....but I found a few crumbly edge pieces and they were good Wink Tried not to do too much taste-testing today in the kitchen though! I think I have almost everything I need for my run to Target but I can't find the $5/3 Hasboro.

I freeze bacon all the time.. it comes out fine after being frozen as long as the package was not opened.

the eating well/cooking light/whole foods sites have some great simple elegant recipes. and there are reviews/comments from those who've made it. very consistent reviews, too, so you get a good sense of what works and what doesn't.

frizz... you know what helps a lot? check to see if your salon has a vegetable based protein wash (or a similar synthetic protein wash). it's only about 10-15 bucks to do but makes hair dramatically softer for months and months and really does reduce the frizz.
also if you have a sephora near you, go get some free samples of the phytologie treatment masks and leave in conditioners. that stuff is AH-maze-ing. and incredibly defrizzing for curly hair.

So...finally made it to Super Target. I've been waiting and waiting for days, weeks, months, even a year to get there. Wanted those TGIF meals...had 3 coupons plus a Target coupon...walked by...had 3 bags of the kind I wanted. Guess what. Where in the HECK did I put those coupons! Frown

Good news is...someone else is going to get a really good deal on some really good TGIF meals.

could've done missed qs after if that was possible for you budgetwise... before i found plastic coupon divider wallets at dollar tree, i used to carry my transaction qs in an envelope. and another envelope with extra qs of interest for deals i may/may not get into. worked fine and kept me from misplacing things.
i also got one of those expander wallet things from t. it's a clutch, but it opens up from the top to expand like an accordion folder and has dividers just like an accordion folder, plus slots for cards etc. very handy. but i haven't started using mine yet. Embarrassment

Anyone heard of or have a Roku box? You use it to stream Netflix and other online media to a TV, wirelessly. We were thinking of getting one so last week I was looking for some reviews. I came across a site with reviews of one of the new versions and they were having a drawing for 25 Roku XD-S boxes. I received an email from them today, I won one! Not the lottery but hey it's kind of cool.

And then today I found a Santa train in my area. Big Grin There are some very cool ones in the midwestern states with elaborately decorated trains and cars. Not as exciting as that, just the commuter rail that goes into DC (VRE), but it's a one hour train ride with Santa, with contributions going to Toys for Tots. Tickets go on sale Monday morning.

Okay.. Now, I just spent 45 minutes reading this thread and now I gotta go back to target for princess stuff.. Seems like a lot of great deals.. Problem is, I keep saying my DD doesn't need anything else. But, then I think.. she isn't even 3 yet and I am sure she "will" want this later..
I still have that huge little tikes doll house I got from a great SD last year that is in the box in the garage waiting til she is older.

I will probably still go. Heck, with deals that good, I am sure I can find a use for the stuffWink
I wish it was as easy to buy for the 3 older kids.. *sigh*
