I wish I knew - I want to do a return because a shirt that I ordered doesn't fit my son - but I don't even see a barcode they can scan for the return??? How on earth do you make a return? Just print out the invoice? Do they type the number in then - cause I still don't see a barcode??

ahh, hate it when I wake up and can't get back to sleep.
who was it that had the idea to get things done first, and come here later? i'm trying to figure out whether i like you or not.
spent 5.5 hours working on the dresser. the side and back panels were coming loose and it got the drawers to fall. ugh. had to yank the drawers out after they got stuck. empty the whole dresser. pull things out of the walk-in closet so the dresser can come out. then tighten screws, reinforce back with staples.... blah, moving the dresser, turning lowering, picking, moving on and on and on for hours. then putting everything back. oh and doing 4 loads of laundry amidst that.

next time can someone suggest sitting on the couch with a tub of rocky road ice cream and a pitcher of nuts and berries (tootsie, m2c you both would LOVE this drink) and chatting with y'all. it's good for the soul.
but, the laudry is done save for a large comforter and the corresponding duvet cover, plus some handwash t-shirts. will have to go to a laundromat to do the comforter - needs a big machine. will handwash shirts tomorrow. i figured getting crazy glue all over my hands, and then scrubbing it off, getting nicks and scratches all over my hands from pulling out nails and moving dresser, and generally washing my hands 50 times in 5 hours was enough hand abuse for one day.
and the dresser is fixed, plus thoroughly cleaned. and i finished re-filling half of it. will restock the other drawers tomorrow.
then comes a closet re-do.
We had our washer back up once too and there was to much lint that collected in the line. It was gross and like lots of they dryer lint stuff but wet and way more compact. They finally got it pulled out, they used a snake thing down the pipe.
i had a great handyman once tell me that with all pipes (bathtub drains, toilets, washer/dryers) you should plan on having to use that tool atleast once a year, and that actually it was a good idea to schedule a time/day and do it BEFORE the drain gets hopelessly clogged. preventive cleaning. he was right. so i use a smaller handheld one to deep the clean the bathtub drain twice a year. sinks get done on the same day. as do laundry pipes. figure a half hour twice a year is not a bad time investment to keep everything running trouble free.

I feel like I keep forgetting something(s)... if I was supposed to PM/respond to anyone and I didn't - let me know. Sometimes I intend to do something and lose my thoughts somewhere!
I found out that a dear friend of mine found out that her daughter (grown-up) has leukemia. She's got 2 kids. Sounds like they have a very rough road ahead for a while, but it sounds like the doctor thinks the prognosis is good. The other good thing is that she's a fighter - so that's always helpful. It makes my heart ache.
Teri - So nice to see you post.. you must keep us updated.. Dec. 14th is a very good day.
