I am going to have to put together a packing list - just realized we'll need gloves and stuff for Ohio. Ugh! Has anyone traveled by car with a BFing infant? It'll be a good 8 hour drive assuming no accidents or snow/ice problems. I'm wondering if we'll have any issues with the drive + baby and how much longer it'll take to get there.

Hm... how do I entertain a 3 y.o. on a long drive? We used to just go in the middle of the night, but I think we'll be driving through the good part of the day this time - so not much chance for a long sleep from my toddler.

Hmm, 2 SIL's, my secret santa here, secret santa from church, DH and DS's already have them, guess that's it. Oh, we are filling boxes of food and gifts for needy families at church. Our group has 4 families, each have at least 4 kids.

I pulled the trigger on these [fleecefootwear.com] yesterday. She wears a 7 so a kids 5 will fit perfectly. I got her the black for $118.50 shipped. Flex Not being an authorized reseller is a deal breaker! But that would be a great price if they were authorized.

Totally agree.
It's a joke my friend and I have. That those people who are "skinny fat" because they are so not fat but modeling plus size. If that makes sense.

Just to be a 14/16 again (@ T and in lifeWink) would make me happy right now!

I think my DH got me a Keurig for Christmas. Question is, how do I stock up on k-cups before without him noticing that I just 'happen' to have some? Maybe I will just have to stick with what comes in the box. They do come with some, right?

A lot... I've been known to tell my kids I need a break and send them to their rooms to chat with a stuffed animal - or call grandma or auntie and hand the phone over. They'll talk to the kids forever. (and since I"m not a big phone person, it keeps the relatives happy and the kids occupied!)

i agree the baby has to stay in the car seat no matter what!!
Not having a baby/toddler in the proper car seat is a big "NO NO" in my book! and yes i have been known to call the cops on people that I see driving around with a toddler walking around the backseat or an infant on someones lap! I feel that if you dont care enough about your childs life then dont have kids!

Do you bottle feed at all? If so pump and give her a bottle Smilie

Quick update- made it to FL and it's a miracle. My sweet little kitty Bono got out before we left and I stayed 2 extra days and he never came back (I think someone took him inside bc it was cold). I'm devastated Frown

My SS gift will be late, huge apologies.
