trying to catch up on thread, but pain and nausea are coming back with a vengeance, so hard to concentrate.
i got a few hour respite today. i'm hoping that means the break from pain will grow longer every day.

oh sweetie
they wanted to prescribe narcotics knowing pain would be bad - i am allergic. so they prescriped powerful muscle relaxant instead. knocks you out for 15-18 hours at a stretch. but, took it and discovered i am allergic. so it was stopped.
so now i'm done to ice and advil.
was sitting on couch with latest oprah mag in lap which i was marking with tabs for sections that need reading (it's all about beginning anew in 2011 and achieving your dreams - you guys should read) to send as an xmas present to a guy friend. finished, went to toss mag onto couch. that was enough to do something mega funky to my chest. felt ribs move strangely and the pain, oh, the pain. i started screaming.
pain respite was already disappearing, but this just kicked it up several notches. so i got sick again. and the fun of vomit pain, vomit pain, pain vomit pain begins again.
drink up chattering creatures. drink up on my behest. and hug your loved ones tight. and treasure every moment of health-filled togetherness. and pay attention on the roads.
ok can't sit. gotta go.

I wanted a Crockpot that the lid locks down, but they were all at the very top of the shelf and there was no way to get them down. I looked for the Planters Holiday nuts, but never found them. All I found was Poppycock cans instead.
I did make it to a Hallmark store and found a mug for my Nephew's wife. IP no problem.
If you are chips eaters, price match Walgreens, as the large Lay's bags are $1.99 (versus over $3) but not Doritos or Fritos.
