Hey, Thismom - I used the pressure cooker again last night. Made ribs, they were falling off the bone in under 40 minutes. I headed to kitchen at about 30 minutes and got sidetracked. Put the in a pan, covered with BBQ sauce and baked on low/medium for another half hour just to soak in the BBQ flavor. They were yummy. drool

As a matter of fact, hubby will be gone tonight so the two left over ribs + one potato are mine, mine, mine later today.

It was snowing big fat quarter sized flakes then just stopped a while ago. Think I will go ahead and run in now and do the papers and go to the store. Then if I don't wanna go out the rest of the week I don't have to. And I can get eggs.

Hi Super Mean People!!

Very busy weekend. We had our food pantry's Christmas program. That took up most of my Friday and all of my Saturday.

Sunday was spent wrapping presents and cleaning and shopping! Ran out to T late last night, did good.

Greenie, hope you are feeling a little better today!

In my novel of multi-quotes above, I forgot to mention that I got my SS gift!! I was going to wait until Christmas but it was throwing itself at me to open, so I did! I LOVE it so much!! It was such a nice pick-me-up after the week I've had. Car broke down last weekend and it's been towed to the shop FOUR times in the last seven days.
