Hey guys, we are back form our H2Opark to GWL trip. We had lottas a fun! We went to the Charlotte Motorspeedway where they have the largest Xmas light display, It was great to sit in the car with all the kids on our laps and hanging out the window gawking and lauhing. Then once the trail of lights was over you got to drive on the actual racetrack - ya know, the one that is at a 45% incline/slant. My DH was driving all whiteknuckled and yodalling like a cowboy, DS#2 was screaming WaHoo with his hands in the air in the back row middle seat while DD#3 is crying with her head n her lap, and I almost broke the 'Oh shit bar' off the new car. He got it up to 85mph ion the short little area we got to ride.
I think I might have to go out today, I got the $10/20 while on Vacay and still need to get to RA, they don't have ANY in Charlotte & I had a B.U.G. runat the T there. They figgin ladies yanked the coupons out of my oldests hand while my back was turned loading the belt and fugged eberything up and changed all my ottos.p
Sounds like a fun time dh would love the race track part of that !
Stinks about the bug run ,cashiers shouldn't be grabbing stuff out of peoples hands sigh

Happy Christmas Eve! Our tree is up and looking rather sad, but, but, but..we have a tree!!!
Presents are mostly wrapped. Stocking are hung. They will remain empty, but, but, but we got presents for the kids, so all is well.
Got up early to make stuffed shells.
Cleaned the house earlier this week.
I think that's it! Oh and, and, and...DH got me a present! I'm looking at it now sitting under the tree. I'm trying really hard not to open it, peak, untape, retape, etc. Plus I got my SS gift.
I'm just so happy that this year we got the kids stuff. Last year we had literally nothing. The kids deserve a Christmas.

Glad you got a tree I knew someone was looking for one.,narrowed it down to two.
So at 1 last night DS threw up in bed. Got everything cleaned up, gave him a little sprite and got him settled. Happened again at 2:30. At that point I move he and I to the couch to lay down and send DH back to bed. At 6am he had settled down a little to put him back in bed. I went to sleep at 6:30 and was up at 8 to the sound of him dry heaving in the bathroom. WTF!!!!! Oh, and we went to bed at midnight. He has no fever or any other symptoms. No more vomit since 8 and he's kept down some pedialite and a little lunch and is now napping. Please tell me I won't be up again tonight with puke. Please.
I sosoo hope the little one is better for christmas ...and you get some sleep and a break from sick room clean up.

Finished up two of the many ,family gatherings today, was nice have,

Has anyone used the Rosetta Stone software before? My dad has been asking for it for a while now...but it is freaking spendy, even on e*bay. I am wary about buying it.

We had a wonderful christmas eve dinner and then the kids went to bed and the adults opened presents We don't normally do it that way but we have 7 kids opening gifts tomorrow so we figured it would cut down on the chaos and make it a special day just for them. I cannot wait!
I got tons of iTunes cards, walmart gift cards, VS gift cards, and Dots (a clothing store). Lots of B&BW yummy smelly good stuff, a laptop bag, a Chris Daughtry CD (I wanna lick chocolate off his body), a karaoke machine, 2 karaoke CD's, a beauuuutiful necelace from my husband (it's a diamond and gold key charm with a gold heart charm beside it. He told me I hold the key to his heart) awwww. I also got House season six, another microphone for my karaoke machine, and more that I can't remember.
I also got my ss gift today and want to say a HUGE thank you! I loved it all and the ornament is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and yours.
We've been playing karaoke (I suck) and Rockband. Fun times.

i am also wide awake, and Santa came here too, and Dazzled, I too can't breathe (not sick, just from accident injuries). So see we always have something in common us chatterboxes!
dazzled: do you have any ricola cough drops at home? the yellow kind, packet has herb pictures all over the top? not sugar free, just regular. if so, heat up some water like you would to make tea, then in a mug add 2 ricola drops and pour the hot water in. stir till drops melt. drink the ricola tea. it will make it much easier to breathe super soon.
or if you have any tiger balm or vicks vaporub at home, put some on your chest.
or if you have any thermacare patches, or a hot water bag, put that along your chest wall and it should help.

DH put together the playhouse we bought the kids so that's the first thing they saw when they woke up this morning.
My son (tanner) was disappointed. He said "I know santa didn't come."
I said "why do you think that?"
He said "cause I found these instructions to the playhouse."
