DH got me both of those last year and again this year for Christmas. They are awesome!!! He got them from World Market.

When you guys use these syrup, so you still use milk or cream? I'm trying to figure out the best way to make my coffee low WW points and still tasty.
I use cream.. I couldn't drink it without something to make it milkier, lol..
As far as WW points go, I would use whatever is lowest in points.. either milk, half and half, etc..

I count carbs rather than points, and for me that means I choose whipping cream cause it is very low in carb count and doesn't take much, but I don't know about calories/points/ etc.. I think tootsie does the low carb with cream too.. IDK about thismom, but she does the WW point thing, so she can chime in maybe..

Thanks for the input, I do think I am gonna order some white choc and peppermint..

Do you guys measure you syrup or just dump it in?.. It seems to pour

Are you doing to old plan or the new Points Plus plan?
I'm doing it old school. I did WW 4 years ago after DS was born. I lost 65 pounds. I started last year and I lost 35 lbs, but I still have about 20 more to go. This time around I'm just doing it myself. My best friend really wants to work as a personal trainer so she has become my personal weight loss coach. She emails me to see how I'm doing and I have to send her weekly goals.

yeah, they are good.. I also would like to try the peppermint and white chocolate.. I bet that would make an awesome cup of coffee..
bounce Oh yum I did not see that they had those but White Chocolate Caramel and Peppermint Mocha and Vanilla Caramel cream are all favorite coffee creamer flavors here so I am sure those'd go over well yummy

nod on the cream. I have been using heavy cream as I had some leftover from baking and I find that it works best because it gives the coffee some added flavor and bulk and in the end makes it so I don't have to have the coffee as 'whitened' to make it edible for me. I usually don't put in more than a TBSP of heavy cream though....this is my basic 'recipe' but sometimes it varies a bit laugh out loud

Torani SF Syrup
1 TBSP Heavy Cream (5g fat)
1 TBSP Coffee-Mate (1.5g fat)

Which comes out to 2 POINTS on most of the plans I think.....trying to get the cream portion down to half a TBSP and then depending on the variety of Coffee Creamer I might be able to get it down to 1 POINT Wink BUT I really enjoy my coffee and it is totally worth the 2 POINTS. The fat in the cream does make me a little more full and satisfied too. I tried half and half and hated the wateriness of it Frown Pretty sure milk would be the same way since it'd be more watery than half and half.

She "snatched" Teehee more gift sets @ WM and poo/conditioner I think it was at Wags today....it is probably much funnier to me when I read it since I've seen her in action Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I dump it but I want to get one of the pumps for them....kind of messy to pour sometimes. Plus I'd like to know how much I'm using a bit better.

Ten years ago, I lost about 30 pounds doing WW. I didnt go to meetings or anything, just got all the info and did it myself.
Well, 3 kids later, I have gained the 30 pounds back. LMAO
I decided to sign up and actually go to the meetings. I think this time I am going to need the accountability. I would love to get this weight off by Spring.
Good luck!! It's so awesome that your best friend is your personal weight loss coach! I need one of those.bounce

Ok, so speaking of WW, I'm all over that skinny taste website I shared a while back. I made the black eyed pea recipe today and it was AWESOME!!! Tomorrow I'm going to try the turkey burgers. I think I'll need to run to ST to pick up a few ingredients. Wink

Interesting observation. My Bff and I were both checking out at the same time, same store. She got the kitchenaid cookware set (10 pc on clearance), and I got a much smaller calphalon set. My coupon needed the k1 of course, but went through. Hers, on the other hand, came up expired. So, I THINK maybe they are only coding the coupons to expire on the things THEY intend them to be for. Thus why it's working on the other sets we are getting. Thoughts?

I have never actually gone to WW meetings either....lost 70 lbs. on it the last time I did it myself....and then gained it all back Facepalm Lost all that weight rapidly in about 6 mos. though and was at a wwaaaayyy different point in my life. This time I am focusing on losing it more s.l.o.w.l.y. and forming good eating habits that will stick and that I can live with forever.

Maybe SLOWLY will be my word for 2011 laugh out loud

I want to say without.. but I can't say for sure.. I just knew which shelf had the nonbeepers and never really looked at the bar code. HDDVD had posted the dcpi for the nonbeeper and once I found that one, I just grabbed it each time.
