Friend from HS messages me on FB in early December wanting to know my snail mail addy to send a Christmas card. I give it to her and in my mailbox today is a "newsletter" from her real estate office. We didn't receive a Christmas card and I kinda feel like she just asked me during the holidays so I can be added to her business mailing list. I am pretty
I was thinking of messaging her on FB asking her to remove my name from her work mailing list and unfriending her. She came to our wedding 4 years ago (kinda obligatory invite as my lil sis is BFFs with her lil sis blah blah blah) but I haven't seen or spoke to her since.
plus send her a note on FB to please take you off business mailing lists and that you never consented to that.
AND unfriend her on FB. that should take care of her ever doing that to you or anyone else again.

I finally got off the Christmas junk food feast.. Ate good for a few days, got sick for 24 hours, and have been back eating pretty good the last 2 days.. I was down another pound today.. Closing in on the 70 pound mark soon

Well I just got another warning about my "lashing" out on the KM Tearpad thread.. I didn't think I was lashing out?? Here is what I said.
"Yes, but since she is a self admitted "take all of them" kinda person.. just wanted her to confirm if she did it again, so everyone else that needed any can forget about going to that KM."
I guess if I get one more "friendly reminder" I will be banned.

I have the pill form.. whatever is on sale.. I think mine are sundown brand from when they were free/cheap at walgreens..
ETA: next time I find melatonin free/cheap will have to pick some up. looks like that might be a good solution for me as well. Usually don't have too much trouble sleeping though!
I have never gotten anything before. I don't have a Target credit or debit card.
I used that pressure cooker again tonight. We had butterflied pork chops and they were yummy.
Forgot -- TM4D, are you planning to sign up for some of those coupon classes? I hear there is woman in CR that gives them and even has store managers there. You should go. Maybe you could learn a few things.

Melatonin doesn't make me sleepy like a sleeping pill exactly.. it just helps me finally drift off to sleep and sleep sounder.. Not like, I take it and would just fall asleep sitting there.. if that makes sense??
