I was able to print scott TQ coupon now from the page@commonsensewithmoney, I still went to that page and clicked the "striked" line, IT TOOK ME TO THE PAGE where all those four coupons were visible, and i deselected the other three, choose only the scott, was able to print 2 of them again..and also printed the MQ to go with it..May be try your luck.

TN - I used to do a Mike Thurman diet (which works WONDERFULLY) and the recommended serving size was either 3 or 4 oz. of chicken or other lean meat per meal - with 5-6 meals per day, 3 hours apart. The 6th meal is optional depending on how many hours you're awake. The meal plan works like this for anyone who is interested:
So let's say you're awake early enough to eat at 6am and eat every 3 hours.
Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack (optional)
Breakfast - 3 oz protein + 1/2 c oatmeal
M-Snack - 2 oz protein, 1/2 peach or 1/4 grapefruit (1/2c fruit of some kind)
Lunch - 3 oz protein, 1c vegetables, 1/2c carbs (ie: 1/2 baked sweet or white potato)
A-Snack - 2 oz protein , 1/2c carbs (ie: oatmeal or the other 1/2 of the potato)
Dinner - 3 oz protein, 1/2c Carbs, 2c vegetables
If you have a lot of weight to lose, you start with the 4oz at meals & 3 oz at snacks. If you have less weight to lose, start at 3oz at meals and 2 oz at snacks.
If you're going to workout, eat a banana in the meal before you work out
Things to avoid:
Corn
Carrots
Grapes
Pears
Apples
Oranges
Salt
Sugar
Pasta
Good foods (plus others, this is just an idea):
Veggies:
Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Aspargus, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Onions, Artichokes, Peppers, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Green beans, Snow Peas, Sprouts, Zucchini
Fruits:
Grapefruit, Cantaloupe, Peaches, Berries of any kind, Applesauce (unsweetened) - those single cups are perfectly sized,
Carbs:
Sweet potatoes, Baked potatoes (not daily), Squash (butternut, Acorn), Barley, Millet, Oatmeal - w/ cinnamon & Equal or Splenda, Rice (brown or limited white), Rice noodles, Jicama
Proteins:
Eggs (I preboil at least a whole dozen and have 2 at a time for a snack - all of the whites, just a tiny bit of the yolk - you need 'some' fat in your protein)
Fish (Cod, Flounder, Red Snapper, Orange Roughy)
Chicken breast, crab, lobster, scallops, shrimp, turkey breast, ground turkey, lean beef, lean pork
You will NOT feel hungry at all once you've been doing this for a couple of days. But you WILL start feeling hungry about 1/2 hr before it's time to eat. Your body will become a metabolic machine - no fads here - just a constantly running engine, just like it's meant to be!! Ideally you should work out for at least 45 mins, 5 days per week, but this meal plan will cause you to lose weight whether you work out or not. It just kick starts your metabolism.
I used to do exactly what you did, pre-cook meals, measure, baggy, freezer/fridge. Prepare lunches in advance and it was like a miracle - I lost everything I wanted to lose and more. Sadly, between going back to school for my Masters and getting a hysterectomy I've gained most of it back (it took over 5 years to gain it back though). My weight has finally leveled off after the surgery (it takes 18-24 months) and now I'm ready to start back on this plan. I'll be cooking this weekend!!

I have given up on the Keurig and have been thinking about other things we need. I did get our son a new booster seat. I got a couple of toys for next Christmas. I wish Target sold appliances.
I have a question. Can you buy a Visa gift card using a Target gift card?

Was told by brainiac GSTL today that the Suave tq is only for the ones pictured on the coupon. Refused to let me use it at all. I talked to the ETL, she said that the GSTL was wrong but by that point I was already driving home, pissed at all of them.
