I am in pain this morning from all my painting, I have JRA and it was supposed to snow so between the cold and the massive workout, I can't move half my body. But alas I must get to the $ store this morning for my papers and maybe I will just skip making breakfast and bring the kids to McDs.

We would like to go to AZ but it is not firm yet, and as for the B&B we had discussed thathere before but really I would just like to NOT work for the man anymore and do our own thing.

I am so sorry you are in pain. I decided to paint the kitchen, the dining room and the living room all in one day. Prior to painting I had to take down this horrible wall paper that the previous owners put up. So I do that and I paint away. When I am done...I look at the living room..and ack..didn't like it at all. So I repaint. Didn't like that color...so I repaint. I couldn't move for a week.

There is no way around saying this, but it needs to be said...we are old.

Eehh, I'm 34. Is that, for reals, old? Due to the 5 kids I am a Minivan Mom and as I drive by other women driving minivans I think to myself: "I'm not as old as that lady, right? I am younger and hipper, right?" But I doubt it. Sadwalk

Dh's dad raises cows so we *could* get beef mostly for free. However, I did not grow up on this and I don't know if it was the last batch we got or WHAT but the smell of it cooking was too much for me....nearly vomit every time because it smells so bad. Dh insists that is how it is supposed to smell Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) It about kills me to not get it free but it is one of those not-much-I-can-do things. We don't eat a ton of beef anyway.....just whatever I find a good price on at T mostly.

I think I liked it better when I could make myself believe it came from a little tray too Roll

When it comes from the family cow though that doesn't work so well laugh out loud

I checked their product locator - at their website - and the only stores it is listing in my area is Dollar General.
Me too, and it's weird which stores carry which product....some seem to not carry any while others just carry one or two Confused Need to head over there and check it out.

laugh out loud I'm the same age, but with only 2 kids and I too drive a mini van. When we got it I remember telling my sister, but it's a really cool mini van. She was all like... eehhh... it's still a mini van. Funny how she never complains that I can fit her and her kid and a ton of T bags in that van. Smilie

laugh out loud I am 28, but we just got our van. We are a family of 5 already and fitting into my malibu is so not fun. I knew there was no way that we could fit 2 carseats in the back of it, even if we weren't taking everyone here in the house. Now when the baby gets here, our family of 6 will be able to go everywhere together in one vehicle! We love our Honda Odyssey, it was exactly what J and I wanted. It is funny though bc my BIL was not so excited about it when he got picked up from college in it! laugh out loud Then again, just like your sister, he sure didn't complain when we could fit all 6 of us, him and all his crap from college in the van! shake head

laugh out loud I have the same thing with a quilt. Sad thing is that it is just about done. The hard part is all done. All I need to do is sew the back on it and then do the edging and it would be done. My older dd wants to learn how to sew so maybe I will let her finish it. Sad thing, the quilt was for her and started about 5 years ago. laugh out loud

I heart having a mini-van. I was the non-cool kid in HS that learned to drive (and then drove my brother and I to school in) a mini-van for the 1st year or so driving because my mom could only afford that car....she carpooled to work and allowed me to haul my brother and I to our various activities in that until we could afford another vehicle.

I am so short I always liked sitting higher up....so I was elated when my MIL sold us their old van for $1000 (high mileage and they travel long distances a lot.) It is a good van even with the high miles and we've had to do little to it the last year-and-a-half or so that we've had it...they took really good care of it. I am Pray it lasts until we can afford to replace it w/o having to take out a loan. Hmmmm so I must have been 24-25 when we got it - always wanted to be a mini-van mom laugh out loud

Someone (in the HyVee thread, I think) reported that even though it doesn't show up in the locator, they have found one kind (elbow, maybe) at HyVee.

I have had two Siennas, a 1999 and 2001 that I still drive. I love it. But the really sad part is my kids are grown and I still like my boring van.

The Honda Odyssey was our first minivan too. It was blue and used from Canada - even had the KM on the odometer not miles. We loved, if we were forced to drive one. But now we have oue uber fancy shmancy VW Routan and will never look back it is super awesome, top of the line, sunroof, it talks to me like Kitt from Night Rider, it IS my cell phone... everything in it except A/C seats - which would be awesome!

I'm a Mac girl too and I've noticed more and more how frustrating it's getting. My work comps are Windows because no programmers do stuff for Macs.

And, uhm, does anyone know what happened to the password for a certain TQ collection?
