It's dangerous for me to be at home today. Spending $$ online instead.

HD has a Hickory Farms link for 75% off and $10 flat rate shipping. I bought a few hams, and nuts.
I saw that and I was very tempted.. so you bought more than one ham? I am guessing when they arrive you can freeze them? I am trying to decide about placing an order.. It seems like a much better deal if you buy several things.

According to the ham description, they come frozen. 7-9 lb spiral cut ham for $19? Yep, all over that.

Secret B2G1 Qs in the 1/9 RP. Scratchhead why are they 01s (as an 01 is BOGO)?

Want a shock?? Go see what OB tampons are selling for on ebay. One closed auction I saw was $135 for 120 individual tampons. Got any in your stockpile? Sell 'em!

Nono2 Highly doubt this.

Note that these are 00s and will beep.
I don't get this recent infatuation with 01 and 00 for bogo and for $5/2 coupons. Mad It's making cashiers and GSTL very jumpy and not going well at some stores no matter how many times I show them the products in the cart.

Quote from kallison423 :
Holy moly, those people are dedicated to their tampons! I read something (on Jezebel maybe?) about some OB product shortage, but had no idea people were that loyal...that's a lot of money to spend on something like that.
I think I read somewhere that they were being discontinued?

It's highly annoying. I guess I understand the manu wanting the stores to ensure proper redemption, but it's ridiculous how it completely breaks down on the retailers end where an intelligent cashier or manager can't even make a decision on allowing the coupon because the dumb COMPUTER says INF.

Do people really spend 76.00 on those hams?? That's like 8.XX/lb! I'm not even sure I could spend the 2.XX/lb with the discount!

Dontknow I wouldn't think that people would spend $9/lb on Boar's Head meats either, but they do. I'll admit, love Boar's Head (I've gotten a sub made one time with it drool), but not an every week kind of a purchase. I was behind a woman at Publix a few weeks ago that paid over $13/lb for some kind of beef. Hope it was good and they talk about it for MONTHS at that price!

Brother is doing Low-Carb and SIL has been buying ham and turkey 4 lbs a week for him. I thought this would be a change of pace (and they don't have to add the glaze if they don't want to). If anyone else in the family needs ham/turkey, she buys more (but not Boar's Head).

I have to agree that boars head makes some great meat.. I love boarshead overgold turkey and gladly pay 7.99 a pound for it.. of course, I usually work it into a deal where the overage helps pay for it Wink.. I love to snack on the BH turkey with swiss cheese.. Roll them up and yummy drool

Okay, I may order a ham. I thought 19.00 sounded like a pretty good price for a nice sized ham.. And, I love cashews so I was thinking of orderding some nuts and maybe my DH a box of turtles for valentines day

Edit - nevermind.. ham is sold out.. Guess that is my sign that I didn't need to buy it..

Just had my first migraine with aura experience. NOT pleasant. I'm not sure why it happened either. All of a sudden I had zig-zag lines and I couldn't see the keys on the phone. The plumber is here to fix a leaky pipe and I could just picture him having to call my DH since I couldn't see the keys on the phone Frown I took 800mg of motrin then went outside into the cold for deep breathing and drank a bottle of water. I still feel fuzzy but my vision is better. scary as hell Cold

I think I read somewhere that they were being discontinued?

I think it has alot to do the recent computer updates, cashiers entering price, lawsuts over xx/2.

Now instead of entering price they make up reasons why the q is no good, you are using it wrong.

I wound up spending over an hour in the store arguing with six differnt people over a xx/3.
Then made me get back in line 5 times to use the 5 coupons I had...after spending over an hour, (which I didn't realise at the time just knew it was long.) I just did it I wan't going to go away. However corporate did get a phone call and a fax of the coupon in question.
I will no longer set foot in that store. .

Update on my brother" Went down twice last week... Daughter returned to school
after winter break, she didn't want to ,wanted to transfer to Uof P , because it's closer to home , my brother wouldn't let her. He is closer to her then his son and I am concerned that she won't be able to focus. We'll see...

His chemo is scheduled every three weeks for six months, it makes him very ill within 2 or three days it , seems to just linger , he still is like he has a BAD flu.

He returned to work today after his vacation, I will call this evening to talk to SIL to see how that went.

I can tell at this point he is scared , he is only in his mid forties, everybody is putting on strong matter of fact faces, but teary eyes when they start to discuss it.

They continue to need your prayers and will for a while .

This has been surprislgly hard on me as he is my "little brother" also his babysitter on occasion. Has brought out the mother in me big time.

I'm just hoping for the best.

Snow here aalso but just two or three inches ,roads are clear, I think it's weird that the south is getting hit harder that us right now.

Everbody drive safe.

Can someone please, please, please PM me what JMS coupons you have been buying lately....been out of the coupon buying loop lately with being sick, son's birthday party, and LIFE lol. TIA
I would love to be CCed on that PM as well. I think I know what I'm doing but half the time I am missing 75% of what is goings ons.

I really need to get my YS pile growing, at a rapid pace. Our plan is to have our relocation and extra 5% down payment on top of any we get from our home sale from doing 3 YS a month at 3 different flea market/yard sale locations on a rotation. (I pull my YS stockpile behind the minivan or atleast will this year) Typically I make $450 a sale doing it every third week in the late spring thru early fall but I just know if that is the pace I want to keep, I will need my pile to be HUGE to start. I am not looking forward to sorting thru it although, as I buy, it all gets thrown together in the same box untill it get full then the lid goes on and the next box is filled and stacked.

Mamma's with autistic children - are there early signs or symptoms that show up in infants? I'm going to do some research, but thought you guys may be a good resource.
Once M hits 12 months, check out the M-CHAT & see what you think. The babbling, mocking, & watching you sounds positive, though. Since you are concerned, really, really be extremely cautious about those vaccines. I remember you mentioning before that you were thinking about a modified schedule, but getting a lot of pressure otherwise. Dr Stephanie Cave has a good schedule to check out.

Aren't those ocular migranes the weirdest thing? I think it was ank who was having one a few months ago. They freaked me out when I first had one, that was years ago. Now I know what to expect when I see the shiny foil coming into my vision. They don't come often but regular enough it seems. I researched them and there's really no worry if it's not constantly happening, I usually just try to close my eyes for about 15 minutes, but when you're not sitting at home it can be real bothersome to try and get through.

nod sitting outside in the cold, fresh air and drinking lots water while breathing deep seemed to help. It was like shiny zippers in my line of vision. Hard to read, etc. Frown

Go lie down in the darkest room you can, that is scray stuff. Hope you feel better. I used to get migraines all the time and the day my DD was born, they stopped. Haven't had one since and she will be five next month. *knock on wood*

Also, I got my Torani sugar free syrups in Friday and I have to say I am in Heart! They go awesome with some whipping cream in my coffee for a nice low carb cup. yummy I was really having a hard time giving up the Flavored international coffee creamers and this is the perfect substitute. Thank you love2beeamom for the recommendation. hug
