I've quit drinking for very extended periods of time
my ex husband got to be a big problem drinker at the end of our relationship
I told him hey listen
I"m sick of this getting drunk, picking fights bullshit
and I'm sick of walking over your drunk ass passed out on the floor
and I'm sick of you sneaking out to bars when I'm asleep
I think you need to stop drinking at least for a while
and I'm not going to drink with you
so I actually quit drinking for hte last year of our marriage, cuz I was so sick of how he got when we drank together
so he ended up drinking at the bar all the time
I stayed home alone and shopped online
he ended up marrying the bartender
but now I can drink when I want again without having that idiot pulling his drunken idiotic antics
so yeah, a day of pleasure with that Greek God is soooo worth a month of sobriety
